The Twin Time is a Double Prop Buzz Jewel, which Billy made in the early 70s with props slightly touching during the retrieve. It causes a huge disturbance on the surface. With the jewel head design, it can be slowly retrieved, and as the saying goes,  "Retrieve Slowly and Brace Yourself." A favorite of Billy's Shallow Water System for over 59 years!
