The Twin Time is a Double Prop Buzz Jewel, which Billy made in the early 70's to cause a huge disturbance on the surface. It does just that, with the jewel head design it can be slowly retieved and as the saying goes "Retrieve Slowly and Brace Yourself". A favorite of Billy's Shallow Water System for over 57 years!
