The Twin Time is a Double Prop Buzz Jewel, which Billy made in the early 70's with props slightly touching during the retrieve. It causes a huge disturbance on the surface. With the jewel head design, it can be slowly retrieved, and as the saying goe,  "Retrieve Slowly and Brace Yourself". A favorite of Billy's Shallow Water System for over 57 years!
